SCminiGP Credit & Refund Policy
SCminiGP does not offer any refunds on
pre-registration, onsite registration, additional class entry, and/or membership.
Credits will be offered but are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Please Be Aware:
Once a rider is registered and has entered the track, no credits will be offered (not the pits). This applies to all practice sessions, heat races, and main events.
Once a rider registered an additional class entry is allowed to be transferred to an alternative class on the same race day as long as the change is made before registration is closed.
Riders are not allowed to role any fees over to next month's event once they have entered the track.
A pre-registration credit will be offered to riders who pre-register but are unable to make the event and have notified an official SCminiGP staff member via phone call 48 hours in advance.
A $15 fee will be applied to any pre-registration who is unable to attend but notified 48 hours in advance. This fee is equivalent to the onsite registration difference.
Any riders unable to notify SCminiGP 48 hours in advance will forfeit their registration.
