Members,
It is just now the begining of February and membership is well up over last season. This time last year SCminiGP has just 35 members. As that number grew to just over 50 last season it was well off the 85 the we experienced at the end of 2004. As always riders come and go, but many faces have stayed with us over the years. This being our 4 season we have worked hard to develop new programs to help attract new riders to race with. The average life span of most adult members has been 2 season. The average life span of youth riders is 4 seasons. In just one month of the 2007 year SCminiGP has increase their new rider membership to 29 total members. SCminiGP has seen a 65% return from last years members with 31 paid returning members, although some riders have expressed their interest in returning but are not able to make the commitment until the season starts.
This is a big step for SCminiGP as we have many youth courses to fill and more face time as we develop our marketing plan. The staff would like to thank all of you who have stuck it out with us the last few years, your commitment is what keeps us strong and growing!
