Join SCminiGP in Phoenix January 12th & 13th for a Test & Tune Exposition event to help kick start our relationship in Arizona. The even will be hosted by Road Racing SW, the local road racing series for Phoenix. This event will be for Blata Cup, Amateur cup and Semi-Pro Jr/Sr riders.
What does this event in entail? Simple, we are currently running youth course to help develop a new market of racing. Although SCminiGP will not be racing in Phoenix this year, Youth Road Racing USA will have a new youth program actively running in 2008. This event is a good way to get some track time in for the little ones before our seasons starts in March and enjoy a semi-vacation weekend away. The weather in Phoenix this time of year is Sunny and Warm!!
The event will be hosted by Road Racing SW located at Firebird International Raceway, at the Main Track. Road Racing SW hosts monthly events that draw in 600 - 800 people, many of them with children. We will have a custom built race track and a pit area in the parking lot where our youth Blata Cup riders (and hopefully a few new Phoenix riders) will get a full day of practice on Saturday the 12th with organized time trials and qualifying for Sundays event. Saturday night we will host a small party at the hotel with heated pool, then return Sunday morning to run practices and an race event for fun!

We are sorry, but the space will not accommodate bikes any bigger than a pocketbike.
Oh yeah, the event is FREE! All riders will be required to pay the $10 gate fee for Road Racing SW's event but no riders will be required to pay any practice or race entries.
